The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
James 5:16
Prayer is powerful. We should not just pray to the Lord during times of need but during times of peace and comfort. Giving thanks for all we have in our lives. Also remember that when your fellow man is in need that although prayers for help in support are wonderful, God wants Christians to step up with actions to help others.
