The Lord said, I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering. Exodus 3:7
One of my favorite passages comes out of the Old Testament book of Exodus. God loves Israel like He loves each and every one of us. And when the people of Israel were in their pain and affliction, when they had a bad day-one of those when everything goes wrong days-and felt like no one understood or was there for them-He saw them. And He just didnt see them. The Word says He was committed to coming down and loving them. And He did. If you move from the early books of the Bible to Revelation, youll always find God in the midst. I don’t know what you’re going through today, but I know God does. I don’t know what challenges are ahead for you, but God does. And He will deliver you. He will give you the strength... whatever you need to see you through. Come to Him with a spirit of expectation, believing that He will see you through.
